RingFront AI uses third-party artificial intelligence services to power its voice assistant and natural language understanding capabilities.

Our platform integrates with the following AI providers:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Google Gemini

These AI services help process call transcripts, understand customer intent, and generate responses during conversations between customers and the AI assistant.

AI processing enables the assistant to understand customer requests and schedule meetings on behalf of the business owner.

These providers process inputs only to generate responses required to provide the core functionality of the application.

Google user data (such as Google Calendar access) is used only to create meeting events when customers request scheduling through the AI assistant.

AI providers are used solely to provide the functionality of the platform and are not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated data processing.
